  • Eletronic Meter Read - $

    GCBS provides free EMR software at installation that wil automaticly pull mtere information and input into GCBS billing system.
    There is no maual entry by ethir the end user or GCBS for this option and is the mostt economical and effient prosess Equepment MUST be connected to your network. Where the inforamtion is transferd automaticly and securely.

    Meters online or Meters By Email - $

    An automatic request is sent to the end user directly from the End User Directly from the GCBS system Email meters can be sent to service@gcbscorp.com End suer collects the meter readings and goes to http://kue.dnw.mybluehost.me/service and enters the meters online maually.

    Meters by Fax - $

    This option requires a GCBS representative to setup a monthly automatic fax notification for GCBS. You MUST have a wired fax line for this. These meters must be manually entered into our software.

    Meters by Phone - $

    This option requires a GCBS representative to place a call to yours company and request meter reading. These meters must be entered into our billing system manually.

    Meters by representative - $

    This option requires a GCBS representative to come out to your location and take meters in person each month. This option requires manually entry of meters into our billing software.
