I\u2019ve long believed that the most important work a leader can do begins inward, with deeply understanding who you are, how you show up, and the patterns that shape your behavior. That\u2019s exactly what Margaret Andrews explores in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em data-start=\"498\" data-end=\"530\">Manage Yourself to Lead Others<\/em>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1017\">Leadership, she argues, isn\u2019t about talent, technical skill, or even hard work alone.
